The term “discount” is only used to indicate that Utah Flat Fee Agent does not charge the traditional 6% commission that most traditional agencies charge. However, it’s important to understand that Utah Flat Fee Agent still provides all the same services you would get from a traditional brokerage, we just do it for a more reasonable price.
Most traditional agencies charge a 6% commission to sell a home, which is a lot of money.
